New Year's Day, 2010

Happy New Year! Getting started this morning with 15 minutes of yoga at 6:45 am. Early start to the day considering a late night with friends. Worth all the laughter playing a silly game called "imagineif..." Planning oatmeal and yogurt with fruit for breakfast. Salmon, green beans, spinach salad with goat cheese and walnuts for dinner. Lunch at a friend's open house. Exercise today: a long walk to the prairie grass land down the road.
